We are happy staging a simple event for 2 guests to organising a spectacular conference for hundreds.

Our staff will work with you on branding your event, incorporating your corporate logo, colour scheme and theme to creatively deliver your message with passion, vision and focus. With entertainment, decor and state of the art audio visual components we will inspire, motivate and engage the audience with your message.

Our attention to detail and exceptional customer service will take the worry, stress and anxiety out of the planning for your special occasion.

Our staff is here to design and produce the entire event for you or work with your preferred production company or designer and support them with entertainers and our in-house knowledge and expertise.

We handle all venue selection and management of the event. This includes audio visual requirements, co-ordinating travel and accommodation when required, transportation options, team building, theming, table decorations, trophies and awards, speaker and guest gifts, promotional products such as shirts and pens, signage, entertainment, interactive events, booking of speakers, producing videos or PowerPoint presentations for the conference and producing video footage during the conference.

We will oversee everything from conception, design and implementation to coordination and execution.
